Advanced Training Program for Coaches and Therapists

3. Certificate awarded in Life Coaching - year one.

General Information
Applicants complete the enclosed form and are interviewed by the Directors of the Institute.
Objectives
The objective is to provide students with a sophisticated educational experience
at the cutting edge of Evidenced Backed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and
Coaching. Efforts will be made to complement and interdigitate clinical and
theoretical seminars with each other.
Structure
The program is scheduled for Tuesday evenings 7-10 p.m. Starting January 8, 2008
at 3355 Via Lido, Suite 205, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Seminar sessions are
offered for the first Year which consists of essential aspects of ASR and TA
101. The second year is recommended for Licensed Mental Health Care
Professionals and Nurses. An exploration, in depth, of significant areas in
personality development through out the life cycle will be studied.
In addition to the 33 Tuesday evening seminars one Saturday per month will be scheduled for case consultations. All students are welcome to observe. Students wishing elective individual consultations or supervision, in addition to the Saturday group consultation, will have this service available to them, and fees will be set in accordance with what is affordable. Note: Not all applicants will necessarily qualify for certification.
Tuition
A $50.00 non-refundable application fee must be included with the application. Tuition is $1,800 per year, plus $150 materials fee, $975 to be paid at the time of enrollment and prior to the commencement of each subsequent semester. Tuition includes group consultations on Saturday.
Privileges:
Participants will have the privilege of using the Want® Institute Library. In addition they will be invited to attend the Institute's CEU Seminars 7 Hr. 7 Units for Nurses #12168, MFTs and LCSW #PCE243
